Awful. They made it worse and did not fix it and to get back in to get them to see what they did is taking weeks. Meanwhile car just stops in middle of highway. Unreliable. We stopped going here for other mistakes and looks like it is pretty much the same. Asked to call but nobody is picking up. This place is a joke. Avoid it.

I was told $464 for 60,000 mile service. I was shocked when my service total was $967....thats over $500 more than I was told....did they take advantage of me because I am a girl? I just went in for oil change and tire rotation!!! That won't happen again.

I had to wait 15 minutes to be told to go down the road to Subaru. Took Subaru a while to get to me with 4 people line. Subaru originally told me to go back to Mazda but I told them they had me come down there. I had an 8:30 appointment and they didn't even get the keys until 9:45....car was done at 11. Communication is a key element in any industry and it is free too. Please try to utilize all resources as it makes everything run smoother.

I took my car in for the engine recall and Hyundai denied my claims and tried to make me pay for it because of "negligence". I owned the car for 7 months and brought it to them every month since I owned it for an oil consumption test. Traded it back to them and got another car. Will not be purchasing another Hyundai again.

Parts department doesnt know how to order parts correctly have 2 things that Im am waiting on to be completed after sitting from 1:30 to 5:30 on the first appointment now has been almost 2 weeks got a call that one of the parts came in that was last week lets hope that by the time the second part comes in they still have the right parts from last week
