I would rate lower than a 1 star if possible. I was charged $135(incl. a $18.72 Environmental fee to throw the old 10 LED brake light strip away), when quoted $50. total. It took 2 1/2 hours for a 30 minute job. Told by them, if I didn't pay the bill, they would put the old light back in, but would have to leave the car over night I had been warned about Reliable!! That is why I get my Toyota serviced at Magness Toyota in Harrison, AR...they are awesome!! I now will get Suby to Columbia,MO

Horrible experience! Repairman insisted dashboard lights not working due to Interlock device. Take car to Interlock specialist who verifies installation is correct. 3-way call with interlock rep to explain ok to work on car. Girl who answered phone, didn't identify herself by name and hung up on us. Dealership rep stated will NOT WORK ON CARS WITH INTERLOCK DEVICES. They are uneducated about how interlock devices work and would not service my car which is under warranty. I would NOT recommend.

Cant stand taking my car to reliable imports and rv. Customer Service is terrible, Employees dont care, and service techs are the half-ass type.

Took My 2005 Tucson in to get checked out. Asked them to look at a lot of things. Said they would do a 134 point inspection. They didn't check over half the things I asked them to, and had to have them check things twice a couple of times. I felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. I paid $127 for them to check my car, and never actually diagnosed it right. They also missed things that were wrong, things that were supposed to be part of the inspection. brought car in because was having trouble with shifting into 1st and 2nd gear. after inspecting mechanic said they could not find a problem A few days layer the clutch lost pressure and would not come back up on its own. Have called the service dept twice and still waiting on a call-back
