I was there almost 4 hours waiting on a oil change service. They ended up not charging me but I still lost 4 hours of my day. I drove three hour to get there early. I told them my steering wheel lock was coding out and the service advisor told me it was ok to drive and to schedule another time to leave the truck for 10 to 14 days, what? My time meant nothing to them. I want a new chevy truck but not now. Might be leaning toward Dodge or Toyota. They are all probably the same. Gone are the days of good customer service.

Everything was great! Randy kept us updated on the progress of our oil change and tire rotation. Then when it was all done and he told me the price of $277 10 I was shocked. I could not believe the price but I paid for the service. What else could I do? He didn’t go over pricing before service and I didn’t ask/ we have never paid over $150 for this same service at several locations. Advisor gave misleading info and unconcerned. Felt like he was doing me a favor . I asked to change oil filter; he said it can be done next time yet the report showed it was very dirty. I told him my wireless charging does not work; he told me car will need to be brought there for THREE WEEKS in order to diagnose why wireless charging was not working. Very deceiving the spare is smaller than the tires on the truck. Crooks they don’t tell you that

Had a 730 appt. And did not leave for 3 hours for an oil change

After receiving our vehicle we noticed that the windshield washer fluid was not refilled. We specifically asked for this to be done and seeing how its part of the service we paid for. We called and the service rep said we could bring it back tomorrow. We told him we were going out of town that night and asked if we could get a discount on our next service. He said no. I hope they didn't forget anything else.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not leave vehicle. You will be stolen from.

The service center has thieves working in that building, my truck was rifled through the first day in the shop, on the lot. Security is a joke. "There's a sign that says we're not responsible for items missing from your vehicle" just means Hey, we don't have integrity and leaving your vehicle with us shouldn't give you piece of mind that its safe. Although! Mike is the BEST salesmen on the lot and I will recommend Michael Lujan every time to customers.

I had an oil change at Reliable Chevrolet and they rotated my tires. They forgot to fill my window washer fluid and I had to go back and they filled it. Josh was the person that I called to help with thos and he told me to take it in. When I went in he didn't even know who I was.
