I purchased my truck October 2024 and within a years time it had a break sensor issue it was around 16,000 miles that the issue came up. I sent it to Reliable Chevrolet August 23 2025 and it has been with them since then. About 2 months. I have been told that the part has been ordered but is on back order with no eta. The service department has kept my truck captive by delaying a diagnosis. Without a diagnosis they cant request a rental per what they are telling me. I’ve been getting the runaround and am tired of this.

Told an oil change can take 3 hrs. According to internet it should take an hour. They over book appts with no regard to anyone else's time. Talking to other customers 3 people scheduled for 9 AM for oil change.

Service department tried to over charge me over $5,000, for false repairs then as I reported this to management they prior it back installed me that there was nothing wrong but reset the tire gauges. A day later a salesman from the same dealership said he has a aggressive offer to buy my car. His offer was to just pay off the remainder of my financed 2024 Malibu.i haven't reported it to the BBB yet or our NM state attorneys office. I have the documents. Prepaid for oil change and tire rotation plan. On the way home from this service got a low tire notification. Looked at the display and my driver side rear was low. It looked like my driver side tires were rotated and my passenger side was not rotated. Was at the service department over 4 hours

Sold me a truck that wasn’t ready, I wasn’t even able to test drive it but when I was looking at it they shook my hand and garenteed they word keep me posted day by but the only things they have called me for is the xxxxen $6000 down payment and a review, that can’t even tell me when my truck is gonna be done. I missed out on 3 days of work= $1,000 oil fields. I gave you guys the review and the down payment. I still don’t know the status of the truck, this kid told me they were still waiting on parts…. Getting a new key for my truck took all day, and it was incredibly expensive. Don't lose your keys, GM/Chevrolet owners!

I was happy bringing my car but the service was awful, my advisor was less communicative. I made my progress.
