Not happy with this dealership. Most everything has been a problem. Would not recommend to anyone.
Mariah and Zoie provided wonderful service. Others were questionable. Sad how customer service has become such a thing of the past.
They had my truck over a month, and I have more issues than I went in with. I still have not a call about it.
They still have not fixed the service light for safety restraint, never fixed in 3 visits and it's a brand new truck.
Took 8 weeks to get my truck serviced No loner or rental I will never buy another GM product again And tell everyone that I meet throughout my day don’t buy American cars or trucks there the worst
Took my car in for a diagnostic, was quoted $180, they charged for another diagnostic but didn’t tell me so my total ended up being $665. Did have them fix anything, only asked them to look at my car, and for me to pay almost $700 for them to do that is absolutely insane and negligent on their behalf to not inform me of the cost.
My truck was being serviced at reliable Chevrolet and was kept for 4 months, 3 and half of those months my truck was parked waiting for an available tech
