Worst dealership ever! Never will I use or refer. They got my money for truck but nothing else.

Dropped off my vehicle the 7th (with an appointment), called twice for update on my vehicle no one reached out to me, and proceeded to.pick up my vehicle the 14th and not a single person looked/worked on my car. Left my car for an entire 8 days and nothing was done. This is the worst service I've ever had.

The service was horrible! And what i took our vehical in for turned into more problems, and some of the things we paid for didn't even get changed out, we probably won't be going back!

Oil change and tire rotations fine. Anything more than that you have to wait multiple weeks if not months to get your vehicle repaired. GM has a terrible loaner vehicle policy where they do anything they can to not give you a rental. I went nearly 4 months without my truck due to a warranty issue and this service center repeatedly screwed up with getting my truck fixed in a timely manner. Had my truck for 5 months after purchasing it from them. Lazy. Non-responsive. Just all around horrible. Gave it back to me with no power steering.

Staff very motivated during the sale to answer questions and assist in anyway to make the sale. After the sale the motivation dropped off and ended up not even responding to my text

I came into Reliable to buy a Colorado for my mom, Tierra approached me and my mom with a smile and a pleasant attitude, i really admired how Tierra was really friendly and patient with my mother who is pushing 70.
