Brought truck in for work reliable had truck for 6 weeks in the process my truck was broken into left glass scattered through my truck and stole stuff from truck reliable did nothing to help poor communication truck was brought to me with a busted window still full of glass and window uncovered we paid 60 k for a new truck from them to get the truck back in worse condition that it went to them in very dissatisfied with the service

Reliable has had my truck since Aug 22, 2024 and I still don’t have it back. Communication is horrible. Every action is reactive, not proactive. Internal communication is non-existent. Dealing with reliable's service dept has been frustrating.

We live in Taos county;bought a preowned car took for service 1st time = need car for 3 days to fix 2nd time sent us back home needed to order part 3rd time still waiting for part ,left the car there Now asked to come pick up car again ! Still no completed service work Need better commumication with staff ! No resolution as of today ! Very unsatisfied!

Worst service center ever. Still don’t have my truck back they said it would take two days its going on 4 minths

Absolutely the worst dealership ever. Please do not do business with them. Had trades and losses and these people here do not care to take care of you one bit. Even smashed my car with the garage door and did nothing to fix it while my car was there for an oil change. When traded in my vehicle their own employees stole my babies car seats, some jewelry and change and sunglasses also broke my trade in mirrors. Spent $1,900 on new brakes and could not bother to clean Brembo calipers off.

What can I say about this dealership is there irresponsible they damage your car they mess up my vehicle one the shifter Park never got fixed after I I paid $650 bucks for it on top of that when I took it back to get fixed they wanted another almost $800 to actually fix it right to the blue damage to my driver's side door was never fixed so it's still there my sound system radio my speakers inside the truck does not sound good anymore after I took it in there it sounds like they blew a speaker there's other blue marks around... read more

The worst experience with a dealership. I found a SUV on their lot that I was interested in but had concerns about the findings on the Carfax. The sales rep. downplayed my concerns. He insisted I needed to give them a down-payment to hold the vehicle. I gave them $1000. At no time was I informed my money was non-refundable. After consulting 2 mechanics, I chose to go to another dealership and I bought a new SUV to alleviate the possibility of problems with a used vehicle.
