Advisor went above and beyond unfortunately parts are missing from repair was told by cory service manager that they would by the parts and i can put them on myself, furthermore was told not to return as my business is no longer wanted after asking he said ken orosco had told him to tell me. After working with chevy customer plan to take this to the news!

Everything great but mechanic left floor mat and plastic on the seat instead of giving it to me spotless

took 6 months for the work to be diagnosed correctly and the work done. Meanwhile, it took so long the warranty expired and the repairs were not covered even though the issue was properly reported within the warranty coverage.

I recently had the misfortune of having my vehicle serviced at Reliable Chevrolet, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, it took an astonishing 7 weeks for a warranty repair to be completed. Upon arrival to collect my car, I was met with a cracked windshield (damage that was not present when I dropped off the vehicle) and a shockingly dirty interior and exterior. Took too long to diagnose it and never did fix it. Said they were waiting on parts which I find that hard to believe.

The tech forgot to put the key to my wheel locks back in my truck. The service center refused to do anything to make it right. My only recourse was to drive back to pick it up. They would not deliver or mail it. It's a 45 minute round trip out of my way, but that didn't seem to matter.

My service was done insufficiently, my vehicle due to the service damaged my garage floor. I am and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided on a simple oil change service.

After my vehicle gad an issue we took it in to dind out what happened and was told that there was no way for them to get a diagnostic run on my vehicle unless scheduled it for four weeks ahead of time and that I needed to leave it there until it was completed. I've been coming to the dearlship for a few years now. Only issue I have is the wait to get your vehicle inspected if there is any issues I took it in and had to wait 2 weeks to be told finally it still hadn't been looked at. Needless to say I just picked it up because I needed my vehicle. And again it needs to be checked with a 3 to 4 week wait and that's just not something I can do. But to get an oil change it's days maybe a week out and done supr quick. There's that at least.
