Bad communication. I left several messages trying to get a hold of my advisor, but would rarely receive a call back. Even if the advisor said they would call me back on a certain day, they usually didn't.
Vehicle was in for over 2 months and never touch it called and would be another 3 to 4 weeks took car else where
This is the worst car lot in alb. Stay away from this place unless you want to buy a car that has tons of problems! We bought a 23 jeep grand cheroke 4xe not even a month later the check engine light came on. I called to speak to Mike marsh because he is who we dealt with when we bought the car and I needed to get information on them getting me a loaner or rental. Worthless as the day I bought the truck here. No responsibility for mistakes and failures. Dishonest and incompetent sales staff. No help at all, people don’t listen to the customer and as I can see no customer service training. In a hurry to rush you out. They don’t make you feel welcome. Worst experience of all time. Top tier scammers. Never unexpected never serviced never properly detailed. Literal days just to be bullied by the owner and scammed by the sharks. Never come here on less you want to be conned. xxxx you. Why was my deal unwinded yep because you were wrong.
Communication was not the greatest. I took it my car for two different issues. I got it back after 3 days and only one issue was addressed

While I was waiting in the lobby at Reliable Chevy while my vehicle was having its oil changed at your service center, Larry H Miller sent me a coupon on my phone for full synthetic oil change for $49.95 and when I was told my vehicle was finished. I asked your service representative if he could match the price of Larry H Miller and they said no . That was disappointing to me as I have my vehicle serviced there for oil changes and most mechanical maintenance. To me that is not good customer service.
