The atmosphere and the employees were welcoming and helpful. any and all questions i had were answered. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and it was running perfectly after its service. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
When I drove up to the service dept,the employee(Keith) greeted me was very polite and took great care of me. It was nice to see how professional he was, my vehicle was ready within the time frame. My car was washed after they serviced it. I will come back to Reliable for all my vehicle needs.
I have been working with this dealership for years. I will NEVER work with any other dealership EVER. I have never been treated with such care and will NEVER leave them. Before Reliable and Kurt Jones I never thought a positive experience was possible, but it does! EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! As far as me and my family are concerned, there is no other dealership in the state of NM!
As far as car dealerships go, I was intimated by the size of Reliable. It's an extremely large lot, and I was prepared for the salesmen to descend like vultures, but I found quite the opposite actually. Upon arrival, one solitary salesman politely approached me and asked if I needed help with anything or if I would like to speak to anyone directly. Ken Willis was quite helpful and very professional. Thanks reliable !Would recommend to all my family and friends. I love my Malibu and the price was great. I shopped other dealerships but the people at reliable were by far the best. Again thank you.
Bad Vehicle in shop for 2 weeks to resolve check engine light Poor service Discouraged

Took my Malibu to be serviced on Feb 16. Diagnostic didn't come until after 4 phone calls and two visits car was with you for 9 weeks. No major repairs. New battery. Thats it. No communication unless I checked in. Not one phone call, email or text until April 16

Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change then was told 2 more hours before my truck would be ready...Had to take my truck for an appointment within an hour so I left with my vehicle, so I wasted my time last Tuesday morning...I do not plan on returning to have my Chevy Colorado serviced for an oil change and tire rotation.
