an oil change took 3 plus hours and took my car in early and was the only customer in the waiting area, last time i took my car it was only 1 1/2 hours and during a holiday week
I have taken my vehicle in multiple times with zero resolution to my warranty issues. Third row seat has had a persistent warrantable issue with the head rests. I've been told after 3 visits that the problem was resolved, which after the third visit it was not. I was expressing my concern about a noise my vehicle is making and he just responded in a condescending/rude tone and told me my vehicle wasn't making any noise. That I should record while I drive so that I can show the sound my vehicle makes. He didn't seem to care that I am concerned. Also its not safe to record while I drive.
I had an 11:30 appointment for my first oil change. Free, paid for by GM. I waited as I live 50 miles away. Actually I waited 4 HOURS only to be told there was still one car in front of mine. What’s the point of an appointment? “Waiting area” is a corner of the showroom with a TV that only shows Chevy adds. I left with no free oil change and did it myself. I had to leave my truck for a long period of time. Only to find out there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue.
I'm the last 5 years I have bought 3 Duramax' from Reliable, only to get tested terrible when I go to get service. I went in to get my first oil change only to be told it would be 3 1/2 hrs because it's a diesel ! The issue I was having with the stereo was not resolved and blamed it on Verizon. As soon as I left Reliable I went straight to Verizon and they said it had nothing to do with my service. Googled the issue and it says Chevrolet is have multiple issues with the stereos. Won't give me my down payment back and I didn't get approval for the vehicle.
It took over 5 hours just for an oil change. They also said there was a recall but couldn't figure it out so it didn't get done
