Repair action took 41 days to complete (about 2 week elapsed before diagnosis performed), entire month of December into January, no loaner vehicle suggested, vehicle battery discharged since vehicle was not driven but security system was engaged. I set up an appointment online for 12pm Saturday for an oil change. I selected that I would wait for my car. I received the confirmation. Upon my arrival I learned that my appointment was for nothing. It was only to put my name in line which is a waste of my time. The shop was so backed up they stated it would be 4 hours. It should not take 4 hours to complete an oil change when I already had an appointment scheduled. I had to have my husband stop what he was doing and come get me. Did not get a single call from him about my car status in month and a half that my car was there
Check engine lights came on after the service was finished Randy claimed the lights were on when I dropped off the truck at no time did he contact me about the lights even on the work order no notes of the lights being on
It took me two months to get my car back and I really believe if I hadn't called so much and pushed and switched to a new person nothing would have been done for even longer that was way to long for you all to have my car
Lack of training or lack of integrity. Unhelpful in every way possible. Had my vehicle repaired elsewhere by a certified Chevy for a fraction of cost and time Reliable offered
No communication. Vehicle was in shop for 45 days. I received communication about what was wrong with the truck the day I received the service description via email. Tried to call and they didn’t answer. Called from a different number and they answered. I am pretty sure that they block numbers when they know they have a problem or will have a problem with a customer. The service guys are friendly but this dealership is just a crap business.

The sales staff, especially Jack, were awesome. Unfortunately, the finance department wasn’t as pleasant and unprofessional to deal with. When we were close to finalizing the deal, there were some hold-ups with the bank, and I was told I needed to put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. I was also told I could lose the vehicle if I didn’t put anything down. At that point, I was done. I did return later and finish everything once the bank situation was straightened out. I had a 10:30 appointment I was told it be 3 hours I was there at 10:15 am at 2:30 pm they were just taking my car in that’s 4 hours later so I had them bring my car back and left without any work being done and the last time I was the technician that worked on my car didn’t put back my wheel lock didn’t reset my oil life gage and didn’t reset the gages for my tire pressure so I will not be back there for any other work on my car and please don’t call me because you will not change my mind
