Was lied to too many times took vehicle in said they fixed the problem, no they didn't they picked the vehicle up for 2nd time had it for over a week just for a battery but was lied to and oh about the tires said we got brand new tires they weren't new they just put shine on the tires they were old tires overall very frustrating and disappointing thought they were reliable no they are Delieable

Very bad business purchased a Chevy Silverado from you guys four days later the battery completely gave out had to go purchase a $300 battery so I called the guy who sold me the truck. 5 hours to change oil. Way to long. No updates from service over the 5 hours. Had to call for update.

I set an appt. for an oil change @10:AM and was asked if I wanted to leave it or wait. I said I would wait. When I showed up for the appt. they said it would be a 4-5 hour wait. I asked why and was told that I needed to be there by 7AM. My next question was why did I make an appointment. So, the moral of the story is don't make an appointment with Reliable Chevrolet because they won't honor it. Left a message for the general manager a week ago and still no response??????????
Worst experience ever! ! Everything went well, until we went back the next day. They lied about notifying us of needed required documents, we got no gas in vehicle after they said they would put some in, and we received nasty attitude from the finance manager who shouldn’t be working there if she’s going to be so disrespectful and misunderstanding. I will not be purchasing a vehicle through reliable ever again.
When I made the appointment a week prior to the appointment, getting an oil change within a two hour time span was no problem however, on the day of the appointment, my wife was told that it would take twice as long as promised. And I was recommended that I needed a brake fluid and engine coolant flush on a vehicle that is less than a year old and under 30,000 miles is GM using fluids that are that subpar?
