What can I say about this dealership is there irresponsible they damage your car they mess up my vehicle one the shifter Park never got fixed after I I paid $650 bucks for it on top of that when I took it back to get fixed they wanted another almost $800 to actually fix it right to the blue damage to my driver's side door was never fixed so it's still there my sound system radio my speakers inside the truck does not sound good anymore after I took it in there it sounds like they blew a speaker there's other blue marks around... read more

The worst experience with a dealership. I found a SUV on their lot that I was interested in but had concerns about the findings on the Carfax. The sales rep. downplayed my concerns. He insisted I needed to give them a down-payment to hold the vehicle. I gave them $1000. At no time was I informed my money was non-refundable. Advisor went above and beyond unfortunately parts are missing from repair was told by cory service manager that they would by the parts and i can put them on myself, furthermore was told not to return as my business is no longer wanted after asking he said ken orosco had told him to tell me. took 6 months for the work to be diagnosed correctly and the work done. Meanwhile, it took so long the warranty expired and the repairs were not covered even though the issue was properly reported within the warranty coverage.

I recently had the misfortune of having my vehicle serviced at Reliable Chevrolet, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, it took an astonishing 7 weeks for a warranty repair to be completed. The tech forgot to put the key to my wheel locks back in my truck. The service center refused to do anything to make it right. My only recourse was to drive back to pick it up. They would not deliver or mail it. It's a 45 minute round trip out of my way, but that didn't seem to matter.
