After my vehicle gad an issue we took it in to dind out what happened and was told that there was no way for them to get a diagnostic run on my vehicle unless scheduled it for four weeks ahead of time and that I needed to leave it there until it was completed. I've been coming to the dearlship for a few years now. Only issue I have is the wait to get your vehicle inspected if there is any issues I took it in and had to wait 2 weeks to be told finally it still hadn't been looked at. Needless to say I just picked it up because I needed my vehicle. And again it needs to be checked with a 3 to 4 week wait and that's just not something I can do. But to get an oil change it's days maybe a week out and done supr quick. There's that at least.

Jesse Olguin my salesmen was great but after purchasing my 2024 Colorado truck the Dealership’s customer support is disgraceful. The trucks manuel did not have any warnings to not install a truck bed rack due to Chevrolet using thinner steel for the truck bed rails. I’ve installed this truck bed rack on my 2019 Colorado and 2021 Colorado with no issues. Reliable Nissan sells me a Traverse with a leak in the exhaust (didn’t know til now) and they sold me a MPP and calls it a “bumper to bumper” warranty. So I’m paying $100 extra dollars a month only to find out when I have an issue they have no mechanics knowledgeable to work on my Chevy (Ironic they can take my money and sell it to me then they have to send me to Reliable Chevrolet to have it looked at) and then I’m told by the mechanic “there is no such thing as a cover to cover warranty that exist. Had to leave my truck there for 13 days before they could even look at it. Had them also perform an alignment but they did not adjust the steering wheel so now if my steering wheel is straight I go to the right.

Worst service ever. This is the third time I have had bad service at this center
They had my truck sitting in their lot for 10 days without even looking at it! On the 11th day the Manager said I can pick it up and they will call me when I'm next in the queue. Took it back and they had it another 4 days to complete the work. My window is still squeaking. Reliable is making my decision to write a review and very bad review very easy for me. My review will start by saying Reliable should rename itself UNRELIABLE.
