I LOVED working with Mike Lujan. He was so attentive and helpful. He got me exactly what I wanted and at a fair price. He managed to get me approved when i thought there was no hope. I felt comfortable with him. Where I got frustrated is with the lady who sells the warranties. It seems like she was almost mad at me because I kept saying no. I arrived at 1:55 for a 2:00 appointment for my first oil change. My maintenance light turned on the day prior, 4 months sooner than the dealership said the service would be needed. I hadn’t put on more than 3k miles on the car. The man to check me in wasn’t around and another man went ahead and checked in the person who arrived after me and then told me he forgot about me and that someone would get to me soon. Went for recall repair. Not happy with result. They were good people just don't know if Im hesitant to go back for their recommended work.

Website scheduler is not good. I schedule service for my radio not working and an oil change and the representative said the online scheduler is not accurate. They were only able to do the oil change for that visit. I was not able to get all the services done at that time and I live 20 minutes away.

I was given one price for parts and labor, and when I brought my vehicle in the price doubled. I cannot trust that kind of service.

Almost three hours to change oil and rotate tires. And, I had an appointment. Also, very hard sell to put fuel treatment in my truck, put fear tacktic in trying to sell fuel treatment

The work performed on my car was adequate, but I did not appreciate the hard sell for other services. My Chevy Sonic had 60,000 miles. The service rep tried to tell me it was due for a transmission several at 60,000 miles. The service manual states this service is due at 90,000 miles.

The service staff were helpful, but my vehicle was towed in with an oil line failure only a month after my last oil change (also conducted at Reliable). The service team did not get to my truck for nearly three weeks. This has been a consistent problem with Reliable. Hopefully new staff will join the service team and vehicles can be serviced more efficiently.
