I just purchased a used Chevy HHR from Reliable Chevrolet, and I couldn't be happier!!! We were returning to Phoenix at the end of a six thousand mile trip, when I needed to have my diesel truck fuel filter changed. We went into the service dept to get a second key for our Aveo. It is the second new purchase with Reliable. Rich Di Fino as always was on top of our situation and letting us feel as though we were the only customers in the place. We are quite confident when dealing with Rich. I first took my vehicle to Galles Chevrolet, and after recieving HORRIBLE customer service, and after being told it would take about two hours to get my oil changed, even with my four children with me, I promptly left. We were not considering a GM product after meeting several dealerships in another state. We met Lawrence after moving back to NM and were convinced the new Camaro was the right car. Lawrence even located the vehicle from another state and was willing to ship it in. At the last minute, I was swayed to another dealership in the area.
