The friendliness was what struck me at first. Juan was a terrific salesman. Even the finance people were helpful, not pushy. We already have our Saturn serviced there, so I know they will take good care of my new Silverado!
These guys really treated me right. I brought my '02 2500 Silverado in for a 80-100k bumper-to-bumper inspection and service. They worked with me to knock out the important stuff first and worked hard to point out where I could save money. I will certainly go back to Reliable Chevrolet in the future. =Mitch

It was a pleasurable experience from taking the car on a test drive through the whole purchasing process. They were able to streamline the process for me as I was pressed for time. I will definately go to Reliable when I am shopping for an auto again.

Last year I bought a Chevrolet Equinox at Relaible Chevrolet. Hanson was the sales associate that handled the sale. He was very knowledable about about the Chevrolet vehicles that he showed me. He made me feel like he was taking care of a customer not trying to add another sale to his weekly tally. I had a 2006 Jetta that I wanted to trade in. For my situation nobody was able to close a deal for me. Reliable was able to get me into a new 2011 Malibu were other dealers failed. Their ability to work with you and your needs are above good professionalism. Kudos to Reliable.
The sales consultant, General Manager and Finance consultant were very professional, receptive to me during my visit to the dealership and helpful in my selection and completion of the purchase. My experience in my visit and purchase of my new vehicle was great.
I have never had such a great experience buying a car. All the employees were great from the salesman to the finance person to even the detailers and parts people!!! You guys were Awesome!!!! I will have my entire family purchase there vehicles there from now on!!
