Was very helpful for price, availability, and timeliness of service. They did not hagle over the price and were very considerate of what our payments would be like. Really they were all very helpful and still are helpful even after the purchase of a vehicle. I can call up either John or Mike if I have questions and they always provide the best service. If there is a question they don't have a answer too, which is rare they will find out and get back to me. Overall I loved my experience with Reliable.
I got my trailblazer fixed about two weeks ago at Bravo Chevy. Then this past saturday the same part i got fixed broke again. I called Reliable that morning and talked to Don Poling the service director i told him my situation how i was in town for the military and couldnt bring my suv to Bravo. Marcus was extremely helpful in getting us into a vehicle. In addition to Marcus, his manager Miguel Rojas and the business manager Lenny Ruggiero were very helpful in this process.
