My experiences at Reliable Chevy has not been the best. It started when I traded in my Toyota for a diesel Colorado (2017 with <20,000 miles). After getting the truck I had a check engine light come on the first night, not a big deal I just took it in and they fixed it. Taking the excitement out of getting a new (to us) car Our recent used vehicle purchase at Reliable Chevrolet was frustrating to say the least. We saw that Reliable had multiple of the vehicle we were looking into, which are not in abundant source in town. The salesperson we worked with knew little about the vehicles beyond the year, mileage, and color of the vehicle. Dropped the ball too many times Back in May I took 2017 Camaro in to have some warranty items fixed/replaced. I pulled into the service bay and was asked what the issue was. I explained my two warranty items to the individual. Immediately I was told to go to the dealerships body shop. This was not an issue with the body. Service department dishonest Took in my one year old Chevy Silverado Pickup for service. Was told that all four tires should be replaced immediately as well as brake pads, brake linings, and brake rotor. I had made an appt in advance to speak to manager and service manager. Set there for 2 1/2 hours before my questions were addressed. Never did see the service manager as they were having a party for him and was unavailable. Horrible service I purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan my car has started having problems the second day. The doors were starting to go out the transmission was starting to go out the catalytic converter went out and my brakes went out completely all within 3 weeks. After several visits to the dealership to fix the occurring problems they were terrible and fixed nothing. New truck purchase. We chose Reliable Chevrolet because their internet department promised to locate us a new truck. Which they did in short order. Next we were asked to bring our trade in for appraisal, a four hundred mile round trip for us. Our appointment was for 11:30 AM. Tuesday Nov. 7. It took until 3:30 PM to get the appraisal and sign a purchase intent form. A version of throwing your keys on the roof until you sign? Typical Used car salesman and management Purchased a used vehicle only a few years old that I was told that everything on it was checked and that it all was like new.
