horrible follow-up I bought a truck from them,when I go home I noticed a scratch in the door. I told them about it and they said they would order touch up paint and I would be in in a week or two. It has now been 5 weeks and when I called about I they claim I was mistaken and I would be another two weeks. I cannot believe how rude he salesman was not how badly hey treat customers after they buy a car.
parts and service Ordered a key from parts, they charged my card but never called when part arrived. Came into get door lock cylinder changed. It took over 4 hours and they knew I was waiting. The part was double the price of the online price. Labor was $130 just to change a door lock. I will never come back to this dealership for anything and never again buy a chevy again.
Service Department Took My work van in Saturday 6th was told that it would be ready Saturday, Its Tuesday the 9th and still they haven't looked at it? I called them at 12;00 and still no idea when they would look at it or even work on it. I picked up my vehicle at 3;00 and took it Gallas. What a wast of my time! This is my work van and now have to explain to my customers I cant get there.
Service Dept - Lack of communication Scheduled a appointment for service on a recall for my 2013 Cruze Eco on 15 Aug 14. This is the second time in a year it was recalled for the "half shaft" issue. Apparently it was not taken care of properly in Sept 2013. With all the press lately, Chevy is not the best name in the business right now. Beware of Reliable ripoffs In March I began looking for a Silverado HD LTZ. I wanted white. I looked in Albuquerque unsuccessfully for two months then began looking in adjacent states on the internet. Very quickly I found the truck I wanted in Arizona, Colorado and Texas. Overall bad experience I felt like we were just shoved out the door as closing time approached. A couple of employees were friendly and ok but the rest were just rude and obnoxious. We were made to wait to talk to someone. They sent out a post visit survey but no one bothers to respond to negative feedback.
By far the worst experience ever! Im no rookie to car buying, and I know this to be the worst buying experience ever. Its been just under a month, and I've been at the dealership almost every day since I signed papers. The day I drove the truck off the lot, I found the AFTERMARKET radio to not work properly, the alternator making a noise, and a bolt in my tire. We brought our 2008 suburban to get repairs done on left side of bumper damaged by others. A claim was established and we came here very confident Reliable would get this repaired considering you are a chevy dealership. Unfortunately that did not happen, our vehicle has been rejected 3 times and still is not repaired and we are almost a month into this issue. This is one of the most shadiest dealerships I have ever walked into AVOID THEM! A worthless shady employee DAVID MAES and his manager PAUL POTTER told me while I was in the process of negotiating that the used truck I had wanted had sold then proceeded to attempt to sell me something that was way more expensive then I could afford.
