ATTEMPT TO LIE ABOUT SERVICE NEEDED On March 18, 2017 I responded to a coupon for an oil change on my 2005 Chevrolet 3500 cut away motor home with 47460 miles on the odometer . I had a check engine light on the dash and requested a check on it. After a wait of two hours and thirty minutes the service writer informed me that I needed $4729.10 of repairs. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Charles the salesman is a RAT!!!! TERRIBLE service they tried to pin me into a total lemon! They ran my credit over 8 times and lowered my credit score 100 points!!! They just try to make a quick sale on terrible vehicles and they do not listen to anything you want. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!!!!
Horrible I sat here for 2 days hoping to make a seriuos deal and trade my 02 chevy dually for a new one they pulled my dam chain for 2 days telling me no,on a 3500 so than I was told I could get a 2500 they had the dam deal approved and a truck, that had to be delivered my dam, family tossed around and so during that time I was trying to pull the trigger they tore up my deal and took the truck back because I,wasn't fast enough. I guess they don't want to make money. I won't refer or come back.
This place is false advertising I drove two hours from my home town to purchase a vehicle since they were advertising great sales only two find that there advertisement was false. I had three vehicles in mind and the sales person kept giving me the run around on all three. First the car was on a test drive then they sold it, then they couldn't find the key, and then it's getting detailed. All theas were excuses so that I can purchase a car of there choice. Don't buy here! I went there to look at a particular used truck. I even called ahead to verify it was still available and was told yes. Got there and the person I talked to on the phone was not there. Strike 1. Ok, I ask the next guy to see the truck. They can't find it. Strike 2. They brought me inside to check on things and proceeded to try to sell me something else. Poor Service I dropped my brand new car to have collision repair. They took 9 days to complete a 5 hour job. They kept on telling me day after day that it would be ready and would always come up with an excuse as to why it wasn't ready yet. On top of that the body shop left multiple scratches all over my brand new car and tried to cover them up with a black permanent marker because my was black so I guess they didn't think I would notice it. Deceptive Scheduling for Service Scheduled an oil change on my vehicle on line. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment, I was told it would take and hour and a half for the oil change. I told the representative I thought that was an excessive amount of time to wait for a scheduled oil change. 20 yr old was taken advantage of My son was given less than fair market value on his trade in, bought a used truck from them at fair market value++ and then talked in to buying a 3000 dollar warranty on top of that. My son had an excellent credits score but was given an interest rate of 7%! Not a happy mom. Employees dodged phone calls, never returned phone calls and then pretty much said they would not make it right. Buyers Beware! BEWARE of this dealership! I called to inquire about an advertised "e-price," I was encouraged to come to the dealership asap (I live in Santa Fe, approximately 50 miles away), and the internet rep (Adam Yildiz) set an appointment time, saying he'd meet me, have the car running and the air conditioner on.
