Aftermarket key remotes programmed - predatory pricing IMHO $45 each (no one else authorized to program remotes). It would have cost even more to buy the remotes. They did NOT wash, detail, or change oil as stated in carfax service record.
I guess for a dealership service it was okay. I checked the oil afterwords myself and they did change it. As for the tire rotation? Who knows? The dealership is not set up so that you can watch your vehicle being serviced. When my two year maintenance warranty expires I probably will not go back.An oil change and tire rotation should not take an hour and a half. That's probably my fault for scheduling it on a Monday.
Too expensive for work done. Did not get job done in time that was told it would be done.
