My oil was not changed this day. I had noted I t was not done prior to buying the car and they insisted it was done prior to me buying it. My car was not there on a Tuesday at all. I bought in back on the 29th and the washed it. So honestly I can't say when or if my oil change was done

My vehicle was not washed/ detailed - so that is incorrect. The service is terrible, the staff is rude, the repair times are slow, communication is awful. It literally caused me to leave and go sell my car at Clay Cooley. I now drive a Volkswagen Atlas and I can only think that my service experiences will be better not having to go to Reliable. As a side note, I was a loyal customer and had been in three cars with you all - all from Manny Hernandez.

Have stuck with Reliable on all repairs of 2013 Cruze. For this incident, had to go to Firestone while out of town, had them do enough to limp back to Dallas....Work recommended by Reliable was $3,000 compared to $500 from Firestone. Then magically Reliable was able to knock price down 1/3 to $2,000, most of which was still preventive and not addressing problems only. But credibility destroyed when same job changes price by $1000 in 30 minutes.

They should be taking applications on training the sales guys how to stay in contact with their customers. I had the worst car buying experience ever here at Reliable Chevrolet. I would never recommend this place to anyone, the sales men lie at every turn saying things are getting done but they are not. I waited over a week to get the car with no update on what was going on and a promise of three days. The car was promised to me with all of these coats and cleanings before I purchased mind you a
