I went in for routine servicing and was told that it would take about 2-3hrs to complete. I decided to wait. The work end up taking 7 hrs. I arrived at 7:53am and received my vehicle at 3:00pm. I was offered a free oil change and a $20 discount for my trouble. To add insult to injury, the "advisor" that did my data entry did not include the AC work I requested.
I have been to Reliable Chevrolet several times with my pickup. When it comes to delivering service in the time they promise they are not very Reliable last time it was over 7hrs for a promise of 5 hrs. I am not planning on going back
They didnt fix all my issues. I have to take it back.
They forgot to fix my truck so i had to walk to work the next day.
Brought my truck in so they could find what was causing my stability track to go off, well they told me what it was and picked my truck up, but with some damage that wasnt there before, brought it back to them and took them a week to them to finally tell me they were going to fix it, well for a bumper repair it had taken them more than 3 weeks as in 1/12/2020, the truck is still at the Dealership waiting for the bumper to be repaired,
I wont be going back for maintenance.
Windshield was not replaced and they said it was.
I dropped my car off in the morning and was the last person to cash out at 5pm.
Got there at 7:30 and they were overbooked they kept in there till 10 oclock am, they said it was done I Java way in the same symptoms appeared no software update and the heater wasnt working nothing was done except waste my time
