I took my car for service of a recall about a sensor. I told the service person that I just wanted the sensor changed, that I was not going to spend money on that. The reason was because at the beginning of the year I got a letter for another recall and I end up paying like $1200 because of something else. He told me the fixing was +$10,000 for a 2012 car, they didnt change the sensor, according to them was not worth it and charge me $140, if they have changed the sensor I didnt have to pay
I found out that the van I bought was not actually serviced before I bought it. The state inspection was not done, so I had to drive an hour back up there to have it done, so I can get plates. Also, I have a warning indicator on my van saying it has not been serviced in 215 days.
I had a oil spill and had to come out of pocket because the mechanic didnt tighten my cap on my car correctly. Please always check your customers car before releasing it to me. I had a oil spill in my driveway at home . I am not happy with Reliable Chevrolet at this moment. My engine couldve locked up on me. I am waiting on a refund.
it took 5 days to service my truck. Never has it taken more then two days to do anything on any of my vehicles.
I gave it 2stars for the new tires but all the breaks and rotors just screech as I'm turning or stopping
Salesperson was VERY lack luster, when we finally made a deal ( which took far too long) he seemed less than happy to help, just going thru the motions. Have had ZERO follow up from him since purchase OR the dealership
Couldnt get the mileage correct on the service paperwork and refused to correct it.
Would probably never go back here. Poor service department.
They didnt do any of the services they said they did here on my record. They didnt even look at my car and I had to ask for it back after they had it a whole day
