Service center was slow getting parts and then took quite some time after getting parts to begin a simple repair.
Had an appointment and my service advisor that I was scheduled with never came out after waiting 25 mins, I got another advisor to come help me. Very lazy service advisor
My wife was there for a 10,000 mile service and it took 3 hours instead of the 1 hours they told her upon arriving. She was NOT happy about that !!
Poor customer service advisor and cashier werent in sync in term of bills. I wouldnt visit this dealership again
Went for test drive and tried to negotiate. The salesman was very helpful but we decided to walk away without making any purchase after he came back with the total price (including all fees) that was unexpectedly higher than posted price. They are charging $879 more for the things the dealership added to the car including the window tint. Salesman said the total is what the manager told him, who wouldnt budge. took too long in shop, they had it for 23 days
The worse experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all! Im going to contact GM corporation for a big complaint and my attorney will be involved as well.
Very rude and treated me like a was a nobody
Service shop wouldnt honor a recall repair. Last year while performing a recall service they determined a brake pump was bad but they didnt have parts to put it on. After a few months of waiting I called and the service tech said a parts strike was causing issues getting parts. 1 year later i followed up and now they have the part but Im 300 miles outside of the coverage for replacement. No offer other than you now have to pay to put the part in.
