I did not have any service completed on this vehicle on the day questioned.
I bought a service contract and they did not do the basic service on my car.
Bad communication. Tech driving truck moved seat
The labor fee is ridiculous, feel like being robbed. Dont know how the service is, will keep an eye on my vehicle.
Not finalized yet ,... still needing to get the auto cleaned and detailed and delivered to us ,...
Still having the same issure for the last two in half months.
Would not reccomend this shop to anyone. They took months to repair my truck, dented the front fender and gave it back to me dirty with an empty beer can in the bed.
After two weeks in their shop to have the transmission repaired, my truck refused to start after driving 2.8 miles. When I got it back from the, it had a small dent and a big chip in the paint on the right front fender that the dealership has promised to repair.
A little more attention could be given. Not much information about the problem other than we cant find anything wrong with your truck .
