Reliable Chevrolet had our van for 9 days because the check engine light was on and it wouldn't crank. We bought the van from them 4 months ago. They struggled to figure out what was wrong and then returned it to us after a $500 bill for a purge valve and a battery. The check engine light came right back on the next day. We took it to a new mechanic. They reported that the evap lines were all unplugged and capped off and we had a gas leak. Still a zero....still no license plate. I bought a different car from a Ford dealership and I got my plates less than two weeks. Go figure!!!

Probably the worst experience ever buying a car. Bought a brand new 2013 Malibu in May of 2013. Getting the papers signed and having it be a done deal was the first red flag. I signed the papers and was told that my first payment wasn't due until August. Just to get a call in July that my car was on their repo list. Apparently their finance guy was doing shady stuff and I had to go back in an resign and requalify for the car I had already been driving for 2 months. That was the first red flag. Nothing is ever fixed that I bring my vehicle here. I keep having to being my car back Don't buy from here or send your car here. High staff turm over too Wish I could do 0 stars

Horrible customer service. Brandon Pino and finance officer meat head Raul promised us the world and couldn't deliver anything. We recieved two bird dog receipts and still haven't recieved them 3 months later. I got my gap refund cause I bought my previous car from a different dealership. My wife hasn't recieved her gap refund cause we bought traded in and bought again from reliable. I've been in 5 times and no one has helped me. Let's see if the finance manager can figure things out for me 3 months later.

I have gotten cars through multiple dealerships and this is by far the worst. Once out the door with purchase all the niceness disappears. They're rude and when you point out mistakes or things they did wrong they talk down to you as if your stupid. Took my car in for door guards and they lost my key faub or gave it to the wrong person and left me stranded at the dealership with no keys to my car. I then had some small dent repair done and was told my car would be ready by the end of the week. 2 weeks later I have to call in... read more

Yes, I have now read some of your post and the experciance there was awful. My mother and me went to the dealership and she made an appointment to look at an advertised truck that was advertised... I came in with some expectations.. like upselling, options, etc... I knew how these places sell. but what we experienced was plainly planed from start to almost closing. We started fine they brought the truck out that we wanted to look at from an ad we saw advertised, it did take awhile because they seemed puzzled at the ad, th... read more

Brought 2008 Corvette in for an oil change today (I had an appointment). Service writer said it would take 40 to 60 minutes. I was there for 2 hours to get an oil change. Then when I got in my car back all of my settings were changed including the seat, mirrors, heads up display everything..... Even Jiffy Lube does not change all of your driver settings.... This is the worst place and I'll never come back again..... If I could give them negative stars I would...
