Scheduled an appointment and even gave my VIN so they could look up my car. Which had previously had services done there. Dropped off my car in the garage and got a call several hours later that they can’t work on it because it is a hybrid. If you are a NISSAN service center then you should be able to work on any NISSAN! Also, don’t waste my time by scheduling an appointment you can’t complete. Waste of time for me, for my husband to give me a ride to work and back to pick up my car, and for your staff as well.

Absolutely awful car purchase and service experience. Purchased a 2023 Certified Pre Owned Vehicle. They assured me the car would have gas and all the fluids topped off along with being completely free of issues before delivering the car to me. Lo and behold I ended up taking the car home with 90 miles left to empty and the car had a coolant level below minimum. What a joke! Horrible sales Manager Sammy was no help. I bought a 2024 Titan and was having problems with it 45 day’s after purchase took it in to get fixed they had it 3 weeks and they couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue so I asked Sammy to just put me in another truck wouldn’t do it told him this truck is a lemon all he told me is it’s under warranty. I was not impressed with the service from Reliable Nissan, I typically go to Melloy Nissan for services but was leaving out of town and needed to get my oil serviced, so I visited Reliable, first it was 2 to 3 hours wheni was told over the phone it was 1 to 1 and a half hours, I mentioned up front I had a coupon for oil services, when I checked out I was told that they don't do both coupon and military which is fine but the coupon was for much less than I was charged, also, the was machine was broken and I told my car would ... read more
Worst service I have had. Was told the service would take 1 and 1/2 hours and I was there for 4 hours. I was not offered a ride home to wait and I had to keep asking how much longer for the car to be done If it wasn't a free first service I would have left. I had an appointment.

They charged ridiculous amounts just for the car to end up worse than how it came in. They only do what they're told and don't think ahead or ask questions leaving the customer with issues they don't have the information for. When you start asking questions they look at you like you're the problem for having a brain that thinks ahead.

I was very disappointed I waited 1 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. There was no waiting room. The service was horrible and I wasn’t given my discount from website.
