Went in for noisy brakes. $635 later & problem still happening(replaced brakes, rotors & flushed brake lines)! Called back & going back 9/3/24. Obviously work completed not the problem! Very dissatisfied! Hopefully will fix this time with NO additional charges! Also upset I have to back again & reschedule other appointments!

Scam bad business will never return. Had to go there for a recall rip off.
They lie! And are untrustworthy! They promised I could use a coupon and then would not let me use it! They do not return phone calls and make you wait forever and usually you have e to stay on top of them.
Never looked at the faulty component, claimed that they cleaned up stuff they didn’t
Dropped off our car to get the engine looked at. Asked for crew to specifically look at transmission, battery, alternator, and brakes. Crew stated that transmission needed to be replaced, however, stated that everything else was good to go. However, when I took my car to get looked at at a different shop, they said that the brakes were worn down 90% and the battery needed to be replaced. Spent $200 to get told what I already knew and it seems like they didn’t look at anything else I asked for other than the transmission.
Do not buy used. Sorry sales, no follow up. Been waiting over a month for promised service. Still waiting.
Crooks do not back up their work do not return calls very disappointed customer service is poor over all worthless
I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I have one tire that had low tire pressure going to the service center( it was at a 26). When I got my car back all my tires had different tire pressures. The PSI for my tires is 33. When I got my car back i had pressures of 37, 33, 30 and 26. Such sloppy and unprofessional work. You’re telling me that my tires got rotated only and not checked for tire pressure. I will not be going back.
They said I need a NEW transmission. I changed it to one with only 86,000 miles on it, then they STILL said I still need a NEW transmission, come to find out it JUST needed the Cam and Crank sensors. They charged me $192.+ TWICE. Ripped me off BAD Business NOT GOOD,
