Reliable sold me a car that they had me wait 3 weeks to get they didn't inspect it they didn't do anything to the car the electrical is messed up I need new tires and the driver side axle is worn the transmission slips and they don't want to take responsibility or accountability
I signed an intent to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano on September 6th they said they had to keep it for 10 days to do a thorough inspection and make sure everything worked and everything was good they called me on the 18th of September to take up the car they gave me a copy of the inspection saying everything was fine after 2 days I started noticing that the idling on the car was not right and there was some other issues I took it into Reliable Nissan and explain to my concerns and ask them to check it they called me back 3 d... read more
Will not come here again. This is the second time we have tried to get the AC fixed and nothing was done. This time, the vehicle sat in the shop from early morning to closing and wasn't even worked on. We had no communication from them and had to call 3 times to gwt a status and request to pick up our vehicle.
Poor customer service overall. No communication, 2 hour oil change, felt ignored. My vehicle is only a cheap used Sentra & this dealership treats people & vehicles the same cheap way. I only went here because of a coupon & expected some lack of service but not what I received. Like I said They took two hours to complete a simple oil change & to let me know all the things wrong with my vehicle, which in the end was just my front brakes & to tell me about a used tire I had on there, things I already knew, duh...they didn't eve... read more
I didn't get to have my service done. My part was not ordered. The inspection took longer than I was told.
Will not deal with this dealership again. Salesperson Harley was great. Individual negotiating deal did not want to deal. Went to another dealer and bought a car
When pressing the unlock button on driver side door the piece fell into the area below where it sits. Since having. bumper to bumper warranty we thought this should be covered but it was refused stating ' it's not a failure". The pullled it up and set it back in place. Wanted 700.00 to fix it. Very disappointing , we glued it in.
This is one of the worst dealerships I've ever been to. Glad I got my money back. Do you guys have a clue what your doing?
