Purchased a vehicle in April of 2023 and it's now July of 2023 and still do not have title registration. Was first told the salesman who made the sale was no longer there which tells me there was no one to take care of his remaining paperwork. If I could, I would give them negative stars. They charged us $2,386.57 to fix the A/C on our 2007 Tundra. After they spent all day with my truck, they called to say it was fixed. While driving home, the air worked for about 5 minutes then was not. I took it back and they told me that it would cost $1,700 more. They acted like I should've known that it may cost more if more work is needed. They never told me in advance. When I spoke to the manager, he was very rude to me. We spent a good part of a day at this place talk about scam and using your e-signature to sign all your paperwork. We didn't agree to $1200.00 tire service that they put on without are permission. If that doesn't tick you off they had to have a graduation certificate for a discount witch we gave them and they lost but than they ran my credit with my name and ID and still put my name on the loan and title wrong, I was not given any paperwork when we left and still to this day have received any except by e-mail a month later.... read more

My old car broke down pretty bad so I went shopping online and saw a used 06 Honda Accord with low ish miles priced at 6550 and thought it was a decent deal. I saw the high reviews at Reliable Toyota and thought it would be a good dealership, trustworthy and professional and whatnot. At the door, I was helped by Anthony Archuleta. I told him the car I was looking at and he looked it up and we took it for a test drive. Came in today to get a key programmed and my transmission serviced. When I finally got to talk to my service writer I think his name is Aaron I'm not sure, he informed me that the original quote of $170 was incorrect and he would not honor that price to change my transmission fluid. He said it was $280 plus tax and when I said that wasn't what I was told I was rudely told that's why we are having this conversation now before I perform the service on your truck. To the world: To much regret I must give this bad review. My score for this company is a D-. I would give an F, but the salesman (although he deceived us) was a nice fellow. purchased a used 2014 rav4 from this company in march of 2022, used car dealer calls me to come look at it and the car is trashed, the dealer could not even be bothered to remove the used cups from the cup holders much less the trash and food the previous owner had left. I purchased a car from this dealership out of state. I wanted my dad to be on the title so I asked Ivan if he could make sure to put my name or my dads name. when I received the tile it read my name and my dads name. In short this means my dad will have to drive 13 hours just so I can get my license plate. when my dad called Ivan about this issue.
