We now have a beautiful new shower. Angela was great at helping us plan the project. She made the process enjoyable. Isaac is an excellent installer. He made sure that we were getting what we wanted and pointed out alternatives just to make sure. When he encountered "inconveniences", he found solutions that were as good or better than the obvious approach. It was a pleasure to work with him.
We were impressed with the initial meeting to discuss the project and to develop a bid price. Angela was very informative and answered all of our questions. The project was started on a Tuesday morning and was completed on the following Friday. The crew that worked on the project were there everyday on time and kept us updated on the progress. We have chosen Renew Home Inovations for the project. We were extremely impressed with their initial proposal. There ability to do the complete remodel was exactly what we were looking for. the company representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the project.
The company was great to work with except some of the communication lacked. We had to make multiple phone calls to get the project installation on track. Linda the sells reps was great and she was helpful. The owner reached out to us and helped us to get a hold of or project manager. Once the installation was set it took two days and Ralph the installer was wonderful he was on time and finished when he said he would. Our masterbathroom remodel turned out beautifully. The workmanship of the construction was excellent. We are really pleased with the "Bitusa Marbel" and luxury vinyl that we selected. We also had a "french drain" no entry shower base put in that is great. The work was completed in 5.5 weeks, which is probably standard for special orders such as the no entry shower base. AND I finally got the heated towel rack that I have been wanting.

I would be told the contractor would arrive by a certain time and no one but the plumber showed up when I was told. For example the front staff would tell me someone would be there between 8 and 9. Well they showed up closer to 1030 or 11. I was told trash was going to be picked up on 5 different days before it finally was.The work looks great, but I had to have them return for a leak in the shower and a leak in the sink and the fold down bench to be reinforced. They did call me at least 10 different times for final payment ... read more
