John . H & ViDim . L arrived promptly on time and completed our installation an ninety minutes early. They did a professional job of installation of a beautiful window. We had an awning window put in our kitchen replacing a sliding window. The new window transforms the room. We love it! From the initial sales visit by Dave Glaser to the final installation we couldn't be happier with everyone we have dealt with from Renewal by Andersen.

Every aspect of this work was highest quality from arrival time, site preparation, cleanliness of work place, timeliness of completion and most important finished product (nine windows replaced). Boris, Nick B., Pavel, and Vadim deserve high praise for their job performance.
Fantastic! All nine windows and screens done in 2 days. Cleaned up all their mess and took away all debris. Brought in extra help when it looked as though project might exceed promised time without our prompting. Professional and trustworthy crew.
Our Renewal by Anderson team, led by Juan (Anthony, Jose and Peter) was excellent. They showed up on time, fixed problems we had with the house before the project started, installed the windows and cleaned them. They cleaned up after themselves when done. They were very professional and friendly. It was a joy to work with them. The windows have made such a difference in our house. Our air conditioner is more efficient since we had the windows with UV protection installed. We are thrilled.
Terry, Adam and Peter did a great job, we are very happy with the installation and the product. We went with this company because of several factors, price was a little higher than average, but not for the quality of the product after we viewed it in the house. The guys worked long and hard to get the job done as promised. I would recommend them to any one. Ask for the three amigos Terry, Adam and Peter and it will all be good.
