We highly recommend this company! The workers were very polite, efficient and they had very good work ethics. The two workers that replaced our large window, worked very well together as a team and you could tell that they really enjoyed what they were doing. They arrived fairly close to the scheduled time and the work was done in a very timely manner. We had several appointments with window contractors, and Renewal was by far the easiest to work with from start to finish. The consultation and design process with the sales rep really drew us in to the company, but the overall professionalism throughout the process was great. The install took a day shorter than they projected. Even when something went a little wrong (installers broke a small light fixture) they addressed the issue and had a remedy before we even came home. Wow!!! Beautiful window, excellent craftsmanship, pristine installation. Not one regret with our choice of window companies. We had purchased a window with one of the other major, highly recommended window companies who offered black framed windows. It was a vinyl window and it was black. The problem was that it was poorly made, and SPRAY PAINTED BLACK. It didn't take much for that black paint to get chipped exposing the white vinyl AND the window was very poorly made. The young gentlemen who completed the installation of my new sliding door and window were knowledgeable, courteous, and very kind. They presented as truly genuine young men who took their work seriously and were very tolerant of all my questions. I would recommend Alex and David to anyone because I know they would do a great job!!
Entire experience was excellent, would give 6 stars if possible! Our rep (Ken) answered all questions and helped with all option decisions. Install team ( Ivan, Vasyl, Vitaliy) were on time, very careful to protect & keep clean the area, and did a precise, beautiful job exactly in the time promised.
We had some windows replaced and a window box added by Ismael and Chino. They did excellent work and were very kind and knowledgeable about their craft. They were fast at the installation and cleaned up after they finished. We recommend Renewal by Anderson to others . . . especially if all the employees are like Ishmael and Chino.
