My entire experience with Renewal by Andersen has been outstanding from my Sales rep, scheduling coordinator and most importantly my two installers Ismae and Chind. Both of these guys worked in a very professional manner installing 17 windows over three days. I appreciated them checking in with me throughout the installation to address any concerns or answer questions.
Uriel and Russ installed replacement french doors this week. Great team! They were efficient and professional - completing th job earlier than I expected.
I had a window replaced by French doors, so some demolition, framing, siding, and sheet rock was done as well. The process went smoothly. The customer sales rep. that bid the job, showed me several options, and took into account what would look good with my Craftsman Style home. Our experience with Renewal has been great so far. From the point of sale to the installation everyone has been straightforward, very professional, friendly and helpful. Everyone contacted us within the timeframe (or sooner) than was quoted, and there were no "surprises". We just had all our windows and patio doors replaced and the team, Ismaoll, Chino, Maicko and Albert did a wonderful job. They were excellent to have around. They were courteous and respectful of our home and us,and cleaned up after the work better than we had anticipated, and finished in the allotted time.
