The door to door salespeople alone makes it not worth it. I had the same guy come to my house twice in a span of 15 minutes. No one wants to be bothered at home for a sales pitch we didn't ask for

The windows are great, but I don't think they are worth almost 10x the price of off-the-shelf Home Depot windows. They charged us $10,000 to install 4 windows. That's $2500 per window. The same size vinyl window at home depot are about $250. If money is no option, then go for it.

Want to know how they afford all their tv ads? The consumer. I had them out to give me a quote on two windows and one door in my bedroom, then added in two very small bathroom windows. They quoted me $40,000 for 4 windows and $30,000 for two windows and a door. I laughed in the reps face. Not only that, you have to sit there for an hour while they go through their spiel on the history of the company, how they came up with their product, etc. What a waste of time!!!! The only good thing was they showed up on time.

Ultra expensive $45,000 vs $13,500. Anderson will only do complete window installation meaning they take out the whole window frame - instead of just a simple replacement. If your house is worth 2.5 million or more and you have the money yes do it! So if u pay their price than a 5 star is warranted their work i excellent!

No service after the sale. Great product but they disappear after installation. I called nearly four months ago regarding a broken glass in my sliding patio door. I spoke with a very nice young man who took down all the info and was able to locate the paperwork for the door and determine what type of glass had been installed. Today the temperature is pushing 100 degrees and heat is radiating from the remaining glass. Outrageously poor service at the San Diego Renewal by Anderson! I confirmed my appointment as they requested for a San Diego home visit quote. And then I received about10 texts and calls after my confirmation that they were going to cancel my appointment if I did not answer more of their questions. I live in a gated community where it is clearly posted that there is no soliciting and no trespassing. A young man came to my door representing this company and said he wasn't soliciting or trespassing that he had been invited in by a client who had told him it was okay to go door to door. Beware of Renewal By Anderson. They claim one thing and do another. we were promised "New Installation" product, and paid a premium price for the order. now that the installation is actually happening we were disappointed in the progress and what is different than what was promised. after calls and renegotiating we are getting hopefully something closer to what was promised in the first place at a cost of about 10% additional.
