Family had Renewal install 2 kitchen skylights, which they alleged would be covered by their "lifetime" warranty. Now on our 2nd leak of the same skylights, we have been waiting almost 2 months for them to fix the current leak. Almost 2 months ago they promised to take care of the problem (which apparently is they installed the wrong type of skylights for our roof). Received unsolicited mailer from them today. My house is 5 years old and everyone on this street is the same age. No one has requested their service and the mailer looks like a cheap spam email message for ignorant people to respond to. I've sent them a message on their website to take me off their mailing list but I doubt they'll follow through.

The slowest ever. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting 2 months now for replacement windows. The windows were purchased from Andersen, but replacing them when broken has been a nightmare. They can't find the records of my initial purchase. Everything had to be remeasured. All we get is delay delay delay. Go somewhere else for your windows!
This has without a doubt the worst I've been treated by a reputable company. After paying Anderson's in compleat the work was shoddy , the doors stick the trim doesn't fit the job is still incomplete after two years, it takes forever for them to get back to us after repeated calls. Doors lock and can't be re opened. Doors stick even when they don't seal , the painted doorframe peal, and after being replaced after a year they have just stopped answering calls .
