Had these windows installed 10+ years ago. From day one the master bedroom window had condensation between the fixed panes. 3 times they were out in over a 2 year span and replaced the thing finally and that same night there was condensation again. Now they will not honor the warranty without photographic proof of the condensation. Here is the photographic proof that was sent to them. This company is horrible! My aging aunt asked her property manager (PM) to help her with replacement of sliding glass doors at one of her properties. The PM called Renewal by Andersen to set up the appointment. They then proceeded to refuse to make the appointment unless they could speak directly with my aunt (again, she is really old and relys on myself and other caretakers to help her with managing her affairs), so the PM gave them my phone number. The reason for only 2 stars is the lack of customer care. We had our install on 1/4/23 it is now 3/6/23 and they are still not complete. There has been so much bad communication within the company that I do not think our job will be complete until April sometime. They could not complete the drywall around one window on the initial install so they said that when they come back to paint the painter can finish the drywall. I am sick and tired of being inundated with your fake handwritten mailings with false deadlines and what seems to be just a continuous sale and specials. Makes one wonder what are the real prices or if they even exist. I would never do business with a company that advertises as Anderson does. Look for a reputable Company that does not need to over advertise and flood the consumer with ad after ad after ad promising unending continual specials that cloud what the real pricing and value actually are in the way Anderson doe... read more

Don't ever think of using Anderson Windows Very poor customer service . They won't even think about repairing them . Pushed me off on Anderson Renewal who sent me right back to Anderson Windows . Bottom line avoid both . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

After years of service/warranty repair visits for two of four sliding glass doors, a third technician from Renewal by Anderson determined that we needed replacement doors in November, 2021. Still no replacement doors, and no timeline for completion.

I needed a big picture vinyl window replaced and a kitchen vinyl window replaced. I was told that Anderson did not even take orders of less than 3 windows. I suggested they give me a quote on three windows. They said that wouldn't be feasible. They were unwilling to come out. They suggested I call a contractor to do it. It's got to be like a $3000+ job. I guess that's not enough revenue for them.?! Disappointing...

Renewal by Andersen used to be such an excellent company that we returned to them for additional projects and recommended them to neighbors, but sadly they are under new (mis)management, and our recent project with them was a mess. The main problem is that there was no project manager. The process started out well but went way south because of incorrect window measurements and sliding glass door measurement. After waiting another 6 weeks for the correct window and slider to come in then the next hurdle was the installment/scheduling team. They are horrible. I am unable to reach them by phone or text when they don't show up for a scheduled install. They have no showed for three different install dates.
