Came home to a full-sized flyer jammed halfway into my mailbox throwing some seriously unnecessary shade at our house. It's one of those marketing flyers that uses "handwritten font", but is clearly mass printed. The flyer has boxes pre-checked saying our windows are outdated style, not energy efficient, and straight-up has a frowny face circled. We have pretty nice, modern, dual-pane windows. I don't need this kind of negativity during the holiday season, ALEX.

Great products, but installers did not pay attention to details, such as protecting floors. It was very haphazard. The cleanup after they left took all day. It wasn't just dust. They tracked in dirt and grime from outside, there was calking adhered to the hardwood floors. I could understand that dust would be created and eazily vacuumed, but it was much more than that. Our initial sales visit was wonderful. The salesperson was knowledgeable and represented the company well. It was a very expensive project as we were getting all of our windows replaced, so we wanted to go with a well known company expecting their customer service to be top notch. We were wrong. A shockingly awful company. We ordered 9 windows and four doors in August 2021 for a December installation. Pandemic delayed this, for which we were very understanding. Installation began in February 2022. Workers showed up with many of the wrong materials and so only did a partial install. They left and said they would return with materials to finish in a couple of weeks. A month or so goes by and no one even contacts us. The company wants you to make a decision on the day they come by for the estimate...explaining that it is more cost effective if they don't have to come back to sign paperwork which is done on their personal tablet...no sending an email and doing an electronic signature. No time to think about their proposal. Sent him on his way. Didn't even wait for his quote.

Don't let them waste your time. Wasted 2.5 hours of my Saturday. Quotes I received for new windows from 4 other companies were 15-17k. Their quote came in at 99,000 for 22 windows w/no add ons. The sales guy was exceptional and I feel bad for the corporate greed, and price gouging that makes the sales process extremely difficult to thrive in. I'm so disappointed in this company. There is no communication between the 'call center' setting up appointments and the people doing the actual work. There is zero communication with me and I've had to call repeatedly to get the job completed. Windows purchased in Nov. 2021 no call until I called them May 2022. They came out to install June 2022 and now, late July job still not completed. And the windows? Meh. Not at all worth the cost. Buyer beware!!

Window installed with no problem. Less than year later having problem with screen. No one answers warranty line & sales reps on phone say they can't help ??????
