Called to make an appointment to get a quote for one window replacement. Representative asked a lot of questions for just one window, wanted to know all homeowners, then kept saying the appointment would be with both of us even though I clarified it would be myself at the appointment. I had three windows replaced and one not installed correctly. They damaged the inside drywall and tile, put incorrect flashing on the outside. The installers assured me someone would call the next day to fix the inside damage. No one called I had to make three different calls to get repair scheduled. Rain water came inside and when I called they said they would send someone out next day to put up plastic before repair could be done.He failed to put plastic up and instead blamed problem on my rain gutter. Buyer beware. Our windows and doors have been a Huge production on a small condo. Communication is non existent and the company continues to place blame on us as the customer. Very disappointed after spending $20,000 on a project. Process starting in October, installation in early March, still waiting for project to be completed.

We had two window replacement projects done by Rba. Very unprofessional company which will not return calls for problem resolution. Both projects had broken window frames when they were delivered to our house. No priority seems to be given to replacing the broken frames as they took months to replace. On our second project they ordered and shipped the wrong window to replace the existing frame which was only discovered when they returned to install the window. Because these people bombard my mailbox and send spam emails, I would NEVER do business with them. I don't know who thinks it is a good idea to do this. If I constantly get garbage from companies like this, I make sure NOT to ever have them in my home since they have already irritated me. If I wanted your crappy expensive windows I would contact you, but I DON'T......completely obnoxious company.

I found a cracked window and phoned it in for a warranty claim. The service tech came out and mentioned it should be covered by warranty and that they would place an order for a new window, but it works be a few weeks until a new one comes in. 3 months later, no contact. I call them again and the dispatch tells me they won't cover the claim, and that I would need to pay to get it replaced. I agreed, and they said I would be invoiced. Don't waste your time. This company refused to do business with us. We called about a whole house replacement of windows and patio doors. When informed that the property is currently a rental, the conversation went negative. After first asking if we thought that we could afford their product, Renewal by Andersen said that they don't do replacements at rental properties. One star because the voice on the phone was professional and courteous, otherwise would be zero stars.

Apparently Andersen has decided to abandon my project half way through installation. While installing a standard patio door they encountered a construction issue with my house (it's 70 years old and does have issues.) They had engineers come out and look at the situation. That was nearly a month ago. They don't respond to my calls or emails and I'm sitting here with a partially installed patio door and two windows. Far from satisfactory; far from acceptable; far from professional.

So I own a 1400 ft² home in Temecula with 12 windows and a slider. I was collecting quotes from different companies and heard of Andersen a few times online while researching. The salesman shows up at my house to give me a quote in his BMW (base model 3 series).
