They sent us a damaged product and we returned it they said they could come for it at Friday at 5pm never showed me and wife left to corpus for the rest of the weekend and they got mad because they couldnt pick up on Saturday when we arranged for Friday and they never showed after they had there product returned I wanted to try for something different and they denied me due to thats not the way the do business saying I refused to give them there product when they never showed up the day they set this place is very unprofessi... read more

Runaround all week. ***** the manager obviously doesn't want your business and gets a kick out of making you think hes busy and that hes gonna call you right back in 10 minutes. They took 2 payments from me I called to ask when they will be delivered they said they needed me information again even though I entered it all online and have been a customer of theres for years but my normal person no longer works for them. Told them cancel and I want a refund. They said ok it will process in 24 hours but here it is 4 days later and its still taken out of my account and I havent gotten a refund.

Rac in ************ **** is a joke. We have tried for the past month to return merchandise and they keep telling us they will be there or will call and they never do. The keep trying to run our debit card without our permission for items we do not want. We have called over 20 times including corporate office and nothing is getting done. They will no longer have our busness.

I tried to do business with the Quincy ******** store yesterday, clearly made my payment and my updated phone number for delivery today between 3pm-5pm. I assumed that was the confirmation when I spoke to them in person yesterday. I moved the old washer/dryer out and sat here all day waiting for them to arrive. This company is the worst place ever. They lied to my teenage daughter and came in my house to get there merchandise while no one over the age of 18 was home. The store manager told my tennage daughter that as long as he was on the phone with his employees as a witness that she had to allow them into my home. Rented a refrigerator while waiting for mine to be fixed. At first seemed good because price was reasonable and they delivered fast. However, it was delivered with baby cockroaches in it! Had to have it picked up and never used it. They said they would refund, and it's been 4 weeks and no refund. In addition, they tried to bill me for another month of rental even though we no longer have it. Had to file a dispute with Amex.

I went on August 3, 2023 and rented a Queen size bed. I wanted the bed for only a week and they said I had to rent by the month, I agreed and rented the bed for a month.
