Can't believe all these 1 star ratings, and they only have the 5 and 4 star ratings on their site. Tells you how honest they are. They literally robbed me by taking my down payment and never sending the product. Now I get a refund in the form of in store credit. I have no desire to go back to this store after the way they treated me so why would I want in store credit? They're awful!!! Talking about the *************, ** store BTW. Can't speak on others. Just don't go to these clowns

I hate this place I have been with them for years and this last thing done it for me. I got a computer that was over three thousand dollars it was brand new I still have the box the minute I paid it off it stop working I had been paying the insurance on ever month so I thought they were going to take it and get it fix or give me a new one for the price I just paid no they stole my first one wait six months for a used one the shot of like a gun and startered burning inside and scared my child who has ADhD and altism these wer... read more

I ************* from the *************************** and they made me paid a down payment for the furniture and I had four weeks free for a new account.they are very rude and they have no customer service experience.

Its like doing business with the loan shark. Expect to be treated with zero consideration. The people that work here will come to your home, threaten children and ask them to be let into your home.. this is all over being five days late after the manager was informed and agreed to wait two more days. This entire center is ran by rude little boys, who think theyre men would like to threaten women and children.

This company is ridiculous. I have had my phone number over 20 years and they continuously harass me because someone used my number when making a purchase from them. Their customer service is absolutely rude and would not do anything about it or remove my number and hung up on me when I requested a manager. They keep telling me if I pay then they will stop bothering me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

***** is the most rudest, most disrespectful person working at the location. He doesn't know how to be professional at all. He harasses even after scheduled pick up time. If you schedule a time for them to come and get the item he doesn't show up on time to get it but harasses you. He damaged my door when getting the item. This location is an absolute joke, I tried to get a mattress and and bed frame from here after paying off my washer and fryer I got from another location that was behind from me being on bed rest for a high risks pregnancy well documented store manger understood I even got a check for same as cash to use again and ordered everything called to see the delivery time and was told oh jk we've canceled it ur not getting the items
