Jenise and the team at Renters Warehouse are awesome. They found a great tenant for my house and were always very responsive to both our questions and the questions of our tenants. We've been very happy with them and would definitely use them again in the future!

!!!!BE AWARE!!!!!! I just got out of the worst nightmare of my life with these guys. My rental property is in Cobb County. They are very quick to take your money and sign you up for a $99/month management fee, but service they provide is worthless and can get you in legal issues with tenants that, of course, is extra charge for them to handle. They are the worse property management team. I was at the end of my two year lease at the end of August, I began to receive notices in June that the owner would be renewing my lease which I accepted. I received notices in July and beginning of August I received an email that I will be receiving renewal documents. The one thing Renters Warehouse did well was find me a tenant quickly. Literally every step after that has been an exercise in frustration and terrible customer service: 1. As a result of RW failing to file their paperwork timely, my tenants couldn't move in at the time we'd agreed, and it cost me $100/month in rent to renegotiate the deal. 2. I reached out to Renters Warehouse to rent a one-bedroom unit in the Art Foundry Building in Atlantic Station. James Jackson showed me the unit, and was extremely responsive to my inquiries, he was professional, and he went out of his way to be helpful during the application process. Jenise Flye assisted me once my application had been received, and she was also helpful and responsive. Are they horrible? Absolutely. Is there a better option? It doesn't seem so :( These are the third property managers we have had in the past 3 years. Property management seems like the best gig if you have no personal investment in the property. Collect that 10% and do jackshit in return. Sounds like a great deal to me! ABSOLUTELY SHADY!!!! Wish I had read these reviews before I signed a contract w/them to manage my property: A. they NEVER return phone calls or emails B. their maintenance fees are outrageously CRIMINAL!! First they charge you up to $175 to send a tech out to your property just to SEE what the problem is. As a landlord, I've been less than impressed. They will NEVER answer phone calls, apparently that goes for renters as well. Other than check cashing, I'm not sure what they do for $99 a month other than let you know when a tenant has an issue, then you go and find someone to do the job. They will help you find someone but a couple of times they found people for me I read reviews on their recommended people and decided to go another direction based on over all 2-star reviews.
