ABSOLUTELY SHADY!!!! Wish I had read these reviews before I signed a contract w/them to manage my property: A. they NEVER return phone calls or emails B. their maintenance fees are outrageously CRIMINAL!! First they charge you up to $175 to send a tech out to your property just to SEE what the problem is. As a landlord, I've been less than impressed. They will NEVER answer phone calls, apparently that goes for renters as well. Other than check cashing, I'm not sure what they do for $99 a month other than let you know when a tenant has an issue, then you go and find someone to do the job. They will help you find someone but a couple of times they found people for me I read reviews on their recommended people and decided to go another direction based on over all 2-star reviews. Bk Sabet was my agent. We are renting a home for $1200 monthly no heat during the winter, no air currently and I know it's summer time. To remind you , we've lived here NOT EVEN A YEAR! We've had people knocking on our door where they want to buy it BECAUSE THEY LISTED IT FOR SALE WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. Run like hell because I think a lot of homeowners don't understand I'm not going to replace a water tank nor am I going to replace a unit. It's your house I pay $1200 to live here! Renter's Warehouse is terrible! Since moving into my apartment, I have had so many maintenance issues. One thing after another has gone wrong and the service I have received from Renter's Warehouse has been a joke. Nobody calls me to schedule maintenance appointments, payments are never worked out before hand, they get the cheapest, most terrible technicians to fix anything, and when plans change, they do not keep you updated whatsoever. It a took a few calls to get to the right property manager but once I did Jenise was amazing. Always prompt and upfront on expectations and pricing. She answered my many questions and found a good tenant less than 30 days after marketing my house. I was managing my property for 10 years but recently realized I don't have the time to do this and turned it over to the Renters Warehouse team. I own several rental property's and Olga Palmer is the "Best"!! I've tried renting on my own and it's always been a catastrophe !! Olga is professional, knowledgeable, prompt, educational and just an all around fun person. Olga has found wonderful long term tenants for me.
