Susan ****** was very helpful in helping us find this property she did everything she could for us she bent over backwards..
I am a landlord who worked with James ******* to find renters for my rental unit. James worked and planned with me through the rehab of my rental unit and the showing and renting of it once complete. He has listened to my concerns and wishes regarding the lease and rental terms and helped me to get invoiced in the form I want to be invoiced. James was a good communicator and did a great job returning calls and following up with me.
Reymart *****the maintenance coordinator is super helpful and very courteous also. He comes up with a plan and always follows through to completion to get the job done.. He has excellent communication to keep us in the loop and informed. He is a pleasure to work with.
Pete ********is great to work with. He thoroughly explained the services offered by Renters Warehouse, provided tips and guidance in preparation for leasing my property, and is very quick to respond to follow up inquiries. Pete has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with leasing a home.
Bob ****** has been an amazing property manager so far. I appreciated being allowed to view the apartment before deciding to sign a lease, and everything was in great shape when I started moving in.
