I had the pleasure of working with Abby concerning the owner ledger for my property. She was VERY PATIENT and took the time to contact the property accountant via email conversations while I was still on the phone with her. She then read the accountant's responses back to me. I finally became comfortable with the format of the ledger and the explanation for many of the entries made. Thank goodness she was empathetic and was able to resolve my concerns.

Reymart from RW Maintenance was very prompt in responding and called back each time the heating technician completed each part of his repair The technician hired was very competent and did a great job (even left a space heater while heater repairs were being made)

I have had health issues and financial issues, not including the issues created by COVID 19, over the last several months. Have used RW to manage my rental property for about 4-5 years now. Have had no issues. They have been great in finding tenants and providing timely information when requested. Recently dealt with Reynart Apdon on an item that needed fixing at my rental property. He kept me very informed, and updated. Any questions were responded to in a timely manner.
