We just completed the process of finding a rental home and signed a lease. Our RW agent is Nicolas Valdivia , and we had a good experience with him. He answered our request for a tour quickly, he answered our many questions about the whole process, he communicated my questions to the homeowner and did all of this in a timely manner. We have not moved in yet, but I hope this great service continues throughout our rental period. I would highly recommend Nicolas to others.

Our advisor, Bob *******responded promptly to our request to see the home we were interested in renting. We think his advice helped us secure the rental we wanted. He went out of his way to meet with us and to make sure the paperwork was signed and in order in a timely manner. I believe we will be excellent tenants for the owner of the property therefore Bob did a good job for the owner too.
