Julia who managed my maintenance request was very professional and available. I appreciated the daily follow up she gave me by email or by phone, constantly keeping me posted about the status of my request. Everything from the landlord's approval to the technician scheduling was very clear about the different steps to be taken and the maintenance was finally done very quickly. Thanks.

Marydel from RW Maintenance kept me updated on status of our maintenance request. Our washing machine broke and we were hoping it just needed to be repaired. Unfortunately it had to be replace. I am sure with COVID and it being the holidays it was hard to schedule everything in a timely fashion. Getting approvals from the landlord, finding a technician, scheduling with the technician and us, and the delivery of the new machine and constantly keeping me posted about the status helped a lot.

We worked with Sean ***** for tenant placement and he was fantastic! He was very responsive and knowledgeable and offered us tips as we were new to the rental side of the business. We were happily surprised that he was able to find us qualified tenants very quickly, even in the middle of December. We will definitely be using Renters Warehouse for our next rental.
