It took only a short time for Bob ******to find me a tenant. He went above and beyond helping me get the house ready for a tenant. He always responded in a timely manner and communicated often. I live out of state so it was a nice feeling to know I had Bob to help me navigate the process. Thanks Bob!
I highly recommend working with Nicolas ********! He helped me to find a tenant for my condo during COVID (something I thought would be impossible!). He was always available for my questions, gave me great advise for fixing and also gave me lot of contacts for those repairs. Overall great experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Abby concerning the owner ledger for my property. She was VERY PATIENT and took the time to contact the property accountant via email conversations while I was still on the phone with her. She then read the accountant's responses back to me. I finally became comfortable with the format of the ledger and the explanation for many of the entries made. Thank goodness she was empathetic and was able to resolve my concerns.
